Shipping Policy — Deanna Lang Fine Art

Processing Time

Each piece is carefully prepared for shipment by hand. Processing time varies depending on the artwork's size and medium — smaller prints are typically ready within 1–3 business days, while larger or framed originals may require additional time. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been handed off to the carrier.

Packaging

Your artwork is my priority, and I take great care to ensure it arrives safely. Prints are shipped in rigid mailers or flat boxes with protective interleaving. Original paintings are wrapped in glassine, cushioned, and boxed or crated as appropriate for their size. Every package is labeled Fragile and Do Not Bend.

Carriers & Shipping

I ship via USPS and UPS within the contiguous United States. Carrier selection is based on the piece's size and weight to ensure the safest, most reliable delivery. Tracking is provided for all orders.

Shipping Insurance

Shipment insurance is available upon request. If you would like your order insured, please contact me before placing your order so I can arrange coverage and provide an updated shipping quote.

Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, I ship within the United States only. If you are located outside the US and are interested in a piece, please reach out via the contact page — I'm happy to discuss options on a case-by-case basis.

Certificate of Authenticity

Every original painting purchased from Deanna Lang Fine Art includes a signed Certificate of Authenticity. This document verifies the originality of the work, includes details about the piece, and is signed by the artist.

Damaged Artwork

If your artwork arrives damaged due to carrier mishandling, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the damage to both the artwork and the packaging. I will work with you to make it right — whether through a replacement print, a refund, or an insurance claim for originals. This is the only circumstance under which prints are eligible for a return or replacement.

Returns — Prints

All print sales are final. Prints are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged due to the shipping process (see Damaged Artwork above).

Returns — Originals

Because each original painting is one of a kind, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you have concerns about your purchase, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and I will do my best to find a resolution.
